is an accomplished Chief Architect, Development Practitioner, and Facilities Management Expert with over 2 decades of experience in Architecture, real estate construction management , in the Private and Public sectors of the built environment. She is the Ag. Engineer-in-Chief and Lead Consultant at the Public Works Department (PWD), Ghana, where she leads a team of over 210 built environment professionals in National infrastructure projects and drives strategic development in the built environment.
Her career includes roles as Regional Engineer at Public Works Department, Prestige and Project Architect at the Municipal level where she advanced sustainable building practices and resilient public infrastructure. She has also worked in the private Sector as an Architect and a Development practitioner both in Ghana and internationally.
Glory holds a Master’s in Development Practice from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford UK and a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology KNUST, Kumasi and a Post graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, GIMPA. She is a Chartered Architect with the Ghana Institute of Architects (GIA), and a member of the International Facilities Management Association, IFMA. She has also received leadership training from the Tony Blair Institute.
She is a board member of the Architects Registration Council of Ghana
Glory has participated in several conferences and seminars in Construction, real estate and Facilities management both locally and internationally.
She co-founded Pro WiBE (Professional Women in the Built Environment) and founded the Bezalel Glory Foundation, promoting sustainability, humanitarianism, resilience,climate action and women’s empowerment.
