Is a development economist, public policy specialist, educator and researcher with expertise in governance, institutional reform, sustainable development, energy policy and development finance. He holds a PhD in Development Policy and Management from the University of Manchester and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and PRINCE2®️ Practitioner. His professional experience spans academia, government advisory work, international development and the private sector. He is also Managing Director of IGASO, where his work focuses on policy innovation, strategic advisory and sustainable development solutions.
