is an author and multiple award-winning media leader, an entrepreneur and gender researcher. She has trained 64 media houses in revenue generation across the world for the BBC world service and worked with international media brands such as Euro news and DW TV. She has interviewed 8 presidents and vice in Africa.
She runs the Oxford Africa Women Leadership Institute, a non-for-profit organisation that connects women in business to opportunities in finance, markets and technical support. Odelia loves gender research and has collected data together with the Swiss embassy and currently a landscape study on inclusive businesses and their gender component for GIZ.
Odelia organizes high level events including hosting current vice president of Ghana Prof Naana Jane Opoku Agyeman on Gender Empowerment Series. The need to give her clients the best, Odelia is pursuing a Ph.D. programme in Marketing to improve upon her data gathering skills for her customers.
