She has over a decade in the built environment industry specialising in improving the public sector estate management systems. As an astute volunteer, she has served on various committees including the Environment, Infrastructure and Spatial Planning Committee of Ghana’s National Development Planning Commission. She is also a member of the Fixed Asset Committee at the Office of the President of Ghana and serves as Vice President of NTHC Estates’s Home Owner’s Association. Surv. Musah-Saaka is a chartered surveyor with the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and a Facilities Management Professional – FMP with the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). She holds an MSc in Construction Project and Cost Management and a BSc in Land Economy. She is currently researching alternative financing for maintaining public infrastructure.
